CHATS? #2

Dear readers,

bonjour! imma back to blogging lol. 
pc's being used by sissy, while the other pc's internet connection is crappy, soo, ended up blogging about my maybe-not-so-boring-daily-gossips. 

i got few goals to accomplish actually, which the most important one isssss : to lose some heaps of body weight. gotta weigh on the scale in 2 weeks frm now. okay Godbless the result to be nice. amenn. 
i definitely hope for nice result as i am starting my even more-ambitious cardio workout. im trying a whole new cardio workout which  is similar to the body combat one, but this is just 8 mins for a round. and i usually feel quite tired alrd after one round. really, it's enough for you to sweat the whole shirt.

as the cardio workout take so much energy, i decided to do the workout 3 to 4 times a week, which as the result of the rest of the week, i'll stick on doing pilates to build the stomach muscles, and to built *ehm* a bit abs. well, hopefully it works. if you huys wanna try the effective cardio workout, try search youtube. the chanel is called 'fitness-sth' they give fitness workout ocassionally, so i definitely subscribe right away lol.

oh yeah, if i got some leisure time tomorrow i gonna post outfit stuffs alright? hahahh i am lazy sometimes.
