Bonjour, my loves! I'm back~
So sorry for my absence! Just finished my mid-test *thank God*, so, here I am! nyohohohoooo. As I got not that much to tell you, I decided to blog about desserts. yeayy! I love love loveeee desserts so much, especially pastries. They just taste like heaven to me *gulp*.
And, I also made a list of pastries I must try before all of my teeth are gone. Here you go :
Must try list :
1. Feuille D'Automne
2. St. Honore
3. Blanc Frambois
4. Clafoutis
5. Tiramisu
6. Strawberry Shortcake
7. Poached pear with cheese mascarpone
8. Mille Feuille
9. Tres Leches
10. Creme Brulee
Actually, I got lots more, but, here are my top ten :p. For those which are crossed, it means I've tried them. They taste awesomeeeee! Here's the pictures, check it out,xx.
The cake's called "Nicole St. Honore", and I bought it from La Maison Patisserie, a fine pastry shop here in Medan. It taste awesome! basically St. Honore's filling may vary, but this one is filled with matcha(green tea) and lemon. They made a very surprisingly fantastic combination! I ate them up like haphaphap. very fast. I don't feel sick eating it, as they taste very fresh! As tangy as I hope it would be! must tryyyyy!

p.s : I forgot to take a picture of the Blanc Frambois, fyi, I love blanc frambois more than tha st. honore! (it's a tough choice) :p
